Gain more muscle mass and improve strength.Short Term Goal

And, I hate the shoulder press (machine)...cause it's hard!
Healthy Foods
Raw nuts. Raw fruits. Raw vegetables. I really really like avocados, cashews, ginger and carrot juice. Raw miso soup and raw sushi (no fish) is like heaven to me.
Not So Healthy Foods
Figs? Sometime I whip up a raw desert with my girlfriend, but considering there's no artificial sugars/sweeteners, added fats or processing it's probably not unhealthy.
Supplements
Gross. Sometimes I put ginger and garlic in my carrot juice. That's as much as I need. Coconut water is also pretty rad; most concentrated source of electrolytes found in nature.
Hobbies
writing music, writing articles/blogs, exercising, biking, swimming juicing, gardening, preparing raw food, watching movies, adventuring, and playing guitar in a band.Magazines
I'm sure there are some good vegan and yoga magazines out there that I like. I just don't read them.
Books
Into The Wild, Dharma Punx, The Count of Monte Critso, Sidhartha. All these books inspire me to self-improvement. Also, the New Complete Walker.
Workout Music
HAVE HEART! VERSE! BANE! 108! I like all different kinds of music and my musical palette is constantly expanding. However, nothing can motivate me better than hardcore.

Any Tribe Members in Portland, Oregon?

I'm moving to Portland, Oregon at the beginning of next year and was wondering if anyone new of good gyms up there. I know there's a lot and if someone had a good experience with a particular one, that would make it a lot easier to decide! It'd also be cool to see who's up there.
