A Little About Me
I'm a person that let myself go with a sedentary job. Being at a desk all day and not having healthy snacks and gym time took a tool. Last Dec. 07 I decided to get back into the gym and lost 25lbs. I was consistent for 3 mo. but then got real sick and by the time I was better, got a little lazy. I've been back at the gym for two weeks and have found this website very useful and informative and would like to be on here to hold myself accountable.

How many exercises per body part?
Posted September 17th, 2008 by merlosI've been going to the gym consistently for the past 3 months. I've primarily been focusing on one body part per day but I have included a few split work outs on some routines. I would like to focus on one body part per day though. What is the recommended amount of exercises per workout if your goal is mass and size?
