Nutrition tip of the week!

Jamo is truly the best! I apologize for being away. I'm staying busy with pageant preparation, yes a pageant. I will be competing at Mrs. United States in las Vegas July 23rd promoting my platform of preventative healh care via exercise and nutrition.
