Oh yes! I also forgot, you have to let me know what type of lifting equipment you have access to! We might have to start with bodyweight exercises; and the exercises we do with weights might have to be 'advanced' level exercises because they are usually much more difficult and require far less weight [but still do just as much "taxing" of the muscles as other exercises that are easier to perform.]

Well we can definitely help you out there.

I would recommend making moderate term goals of gaining 10lbs in maybe 6 to 8 months [this would be challenging but can be done] You'd be surprised how big 10lbs looks, and also how much stronger you'd be in 10lbs :D.

I can totally help you with the diet etc... you'll have to let me know though a few things:

1) How often can you work out [or how often do you want to work out]
2) What your main goals are for training... size? strength? functional training [ie: for sports... and if so, what sports or just all around?]
3) How fast is your metabolism
4) Your current weight
5) Your target weight [although like i said this should be 10lbs more than you currently weigh]

what we'll do is set you up on a nutrition plan, and we'll take it in two week increments. Because everyone is different, no ONE diet is perfect for everyone. so what you have to do is take a "basic" or "starter" diet so-to-speak and see how you respond to it. If its working good, we can leave it, if its not working we'll tweak it in whatever direction we have to.

Hey bro, if you could get to 180lbs at your current bodyfat %.. you would be huge :-p. Not sure if you knew that hehe. But that would definitely be a long term goal in my opinion, but a worthwhile one.

So I also have to mention i saw "Squats" and "Lunges" as two of your favorite exercises. I am surprised but happy! Most guys your age [and me too when I was that age] don't even consider legs!! YOu'd be surprised how many people I've watched in the gym as the years have gone by that still do not do legs :(. There are so many benefits to working your legs far beyond simply getting them larger and stronger!

Well if you have questions let me know! Or blog it and it might just get answered via the Videos!

Alrighty take care.!
