A Little About Me
Oh where do i start?,
Well i'm currently in the last year of my degree, so i'm in the books nearly all of the time. Aside from that i have a few businesses that i try to live off and i'm also a rapper/producer And DJ. I'm on the verge of releasing an EP in the summer, so stay tuned for that!.
Away from all of that stuff, i'm very active i enjoy playing many sports and i'm a dancer too. Real down to earth and confident person who just loves to chill! lol.

Bulk/Mass routine

Check this blog out, Jamo is gonna hook up a routine for my brother.
He's 18, 6ft and at 140 pounds with around 17% bodyfat. I would say he is an ectomorph, really skinny. But he has improved going through the Jamcore workouts over the last 2-3 months, which he's put on about 10 pounds with.
Also, if you guys have any suggestions it would help alot to. I'm gonna convince him to sign up and post some progress shots up since i will be training along side him. Remember he's going for more of a Julien Greux look and not Jay Culter lol.
