Exercises
Cant beat leg training- I seem to get the best overall workout from full body exercises (i.e.: squats, Deadlifts, any compound full body movement gets me fired up!! lol
Healthy Foods
I try to eat like my fellow geico caveman! Whole foods, Raw foods, Organics. Trying to incorporate more unique superfoods like highly anti-oxident rich fruits, and greens. and recently have been sticking to great complex carbs like wheat germ, sweet potatoes, Quinoa, and my favorite organic whole wheat pasta for great energy levels-
Not So Healthy Foods
I try to keep them to a minimun but when i have that sweet tooth ill grab.. fresh cranberries and cottage cheese. roasted nuts, diet pop, apples,
Supplements
hard work, discipline ,dedication, oh and about five grams of Creatine and Glutamine, and 50 grams of whey Protien,
Hobbies
natural bodybuilding, Personal Training, Drawing, Playing Drums, Listening to music, enjoying fun times with friends and meeting new ones as well.Magazines
like to touch on all fitness mags but have my favs too: M&F, muscle dev., mens health, ironman, flex.....
Books
any health and nutriton book i find fascinating
Workout Music
I love all kinds of music but in the gym when i'm in my "matrix" I love heavy metal, rap, r&b,and techno. Its music with emotion and lots of it!!! lamb of god, mudvayne, chevelle, tool, it can go on for pages....
