A Little About Me
In Jamaica right now. Been training since I was 15. But still aiming to get closer to my fitness goals. Over the years, it has always been a challenge for me to stay consistent in my training. Currently I've put down one full year for club membership and so far I've not missed a day in training. I train 5 days a week and also not competing in anyway nor would I want to get anywhere near like the HULK. I'm already in great shape but my main goal is total definition and cuts and would love to have the excellent physique much like Julien Greaux. Inspiration from my top 3 favorite fitness athletes Julien Greaux, Ava Cowan, and Jennifer Nicole Lee at MySpace! After spending many years in Southern California, Navy SEAL's also plays a great part in influencing my training. Right now I hang out and train with U.S. Marines and with members of the Jamaica Defence Force. I have an upcoming assignment soon that will involve the British SAS which I look forward to.My Worst Injury
Lower back injury. It's work related from my former job, but not from training. Currently still performing physical therapy. Also I've injured my right shoulder joint lately in training but I seem to recovering though slowly.
