i have always lifted weights from my early teens and used to play a lot of rugby and football i study martial arts and am a bodybuilder i spent a considerable time in the British Millitary i love working out and training other people i am a NABBA instructor and have competed at intermediate level bodybuilding and IMA semi contact kumate

everyone was in really excellent condition and there were some huge guys there the guest posers were superb and the whole show was well organized i did compete although i wasent at my best as wanted the experiance as have some time to really work on my training over the next five months
conditioning is my priority so i know what i got to do diet and cardio wise
two lots of cardio 40 mins each a day should do the job five days a week
diet will be
1 porridge
2 protine drink
3 tuna sandwich
4 protine drink
