A Little About Me

I'm happily married, full time stay at home mother of 4 boys. I was born and raised on Okinawa, a small island south of Japan and I am half Japanese. I am very proud of my Japanese heritage. My passion is working out, staying in shape and eating healthy. I enjoy modeling, basking out in the sun at the beach, listening to music, cooking and baking, working in my garden and spending a lot of time with my family. My favorte foods are pizza, Chinese and spicey hot foods....the hotter the better! My weakness is helpless animals, I just want to save them all. My other weakness is ice cream, its one of my favorite desserts besides cheesecake.

How I Started

When I was 9 yrs old, I always tagged along with my daddy and went jogging with him on the track. Running became my favorite cardio workout.

Why I Love It

It just makes me feel so good mentally and physically. Keeps me looking young and healthy!

My husband keeps me motivated. He works out hard and stays healthy and fit.
