A Little About Me
I was 30lbs overweight with stage II hypertension and then on top of that I had my heart ripped out and severed at the aorta. Anyway, rather than sit around and feel sorry for myself I just decided one day to get up off my ass and doing something... go outside and move... breathe the fresh air and most important remember what it is like to be a kid again and "PLAY". I picked up mountain biking and quickly started to lose the weight... I also started eating clean every 2 hours and within 3 months I was off my high blood pressure medications. I owe everything I have accomplished with respect to guidance, advice and motivation to MyFitTribe... I truly feel like this is "my" tribe... I still to this day cannot believe how responsive and interactive this site is... most importantly everyone is REAL and GENUINE. Now, I want to "PAY IT FORWARD" by taking this wise counsel to heart and make the best out of it for myself so that I can hopefully one day do the same.

is cardio in the morning on an empty stomach beneficial?
Posted January 7th, 2010 by LoseItOnce2008assuming you are not trying to build "excess" muscle? goal is to lose some weight and decrease body fat while maintaining current muscle mass (will be toning but not increasing muscle)... any help and or insight would be greatly appreciated... thanks MFT!

Seriously I would stay away from the blue raspberry flavor... post up after you try it out and let us know what you think.
LOL, you won't overtrain your legs by riding... I ride everday and I do not have MONSTER legs... cadence is important too.
Just commented again on your blog...check out Interval training, that will do the trick for you!
