Dude, I just read a little of your bio on here and all I can say is well done on overcoming the odds my friend. You had a heart condition and discovered the power of exercise that turned your life around! That is so cool.

I just left you a comment on your latest blog. Keep up the good work man.

You humbled me! :-)

hey brotha!

keepin' it real my man! ur stayin in shape too which is awesome! and you're more than 100% right bro!!! keeping my mind healthy is more than keeping my body healthy, if you know what i mean... in the sense that your mind leads your body. that's my newest task!!! not to sound like bragging or w/e but i know a lot about training and nutrition, enough to get me shredded, thanks to my research and jamo and brian and this site and all jamo's friends.... but i've never explored the mental game until recently... its no joke how crazy your mind can be bro... like

ridiculous... as the movie "Peaceful Warrior" says.... "Takin out the trash"..... if you let those thoughts constantly stirr up in your head, they're just wastes of energy and slow you down... and like i've heard recently.... even EINSTEIN knew the importance of your mind... he purposely didnt' waste time even remembering his own phone number!! that's crazy.. and he's right bro... its about keeping your mind on the helpful healthy things...

its choosing foods that are healthiest for you.... not foods that "arent horribly bad for you"..... "its making the best choices"... not "not making the worst choices"... if that makes any sense.... its about the GLASS HALF FULL!!! not half empty.... i could tell someone NOT to eat donuts b/c they're shitty. but then that leads them to eating disorder and binging if they DO eat a donut.. instead... i tell them to EAT some healthy chicken and broccoli because they're nutritious and nutrient dense and give you great energy... and i dont even mention donuts b/c they're not on the list of my choices for healthiest foods... if they ask, i just say pick the healthiest choices..

whew!! off on a tangent. hahahah!
