tht wasnt the point of my question, jamo said you should have carbs after workouts ( which everyone knows ) but he also said you should have the same amount of carbs PRE-workout ! and i had never heard this done before so i was wondering if he said it right or made a mistake , as for dextrose being better post workout than waxy maize starch ( which is what u said ) this is wrong and heres why = Waxy maize starch has a much higher molecular weight than dextrose and maltodextrin so therefore passes through the stomach much faster, thus eliminating the risk of stomach discomfort; so there is no stomach cramping and no bloated feeling and your muscle glycogen stores are restored in record time !

!?!
I want you to know that I do find your feedback useful; when it has to do with sport specific training then I cannot always apply it but I definitely store it as useful knowledge for the future :-p. I read your response on "Weighted Cardio" and saw that you expressed your opinions about your feedback not being useful to many ><.

I think it is, i also think that the majority of users on any type of forum, whether fitness, health, technical support, video gaming, etc.. [all the ones i've ever been on] the majority of users never actually reply to blogs and they just absorb the information for their own personal use without contributing.

Brother,
Thanks for join'n the BAR BELL CLUB!

i concur about the advertisements, such as dissizit. but we gotta start somewhere

LOL , that comment about being a beast was HILARIOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! good point man because guess wat...............i have been riding the bike at its lowest resistance (shameful face ) but when i turn the resistance up high , it is hard to pedal with my legs , do you expect me to be doing leg training every morning ( because of the high resistance ) , i keep the bike at the lowest resistance because i am scared of overtraining my legs ???????? i am going to turn up the resistance anyway , thanks man ;)

LOL, you won't overtrain your legs by riding... I ride everday and I do not have MONSTER legs... cadence is important too.

thanks man , i know what your talking about , i have been cutting for about 4-5weeks now i i went from 215lbs (4-5weeks ago) to 203lbs(NOW) by doing 45minutes on bike every morning on an empty stomach and my abs are starting to come back again , but i just feel like i am not really exersising on the bike cause i am sitting down, i dont really work up a sweat until after the 45minute mark , thats why i go out running but my runs only last like 10 minutes , cause thats roughly how long i can run for without stopping , i want to do more 100m sprints cause they are epic for your metabolism but my local track and field place is all fenced off !!!!! maybe i should just do them out on the street lol ??? thanks for your help ;)
