I have no gym for 4 days!
Posted May 18th, 2007 by Lisa RendinaI am in Las Vegas for a 4 day Motivational Seminar and my hotel has no gym! I have been doing an hour of cardio twice a day at my gym at home. What do I do now that I don't have a gym here? I still want to get a workout so that I don't go backward. in my progress. It is about 100 degrees outside so jogging out there is not my first choice, but I will do it if necessary.

Training is good still sore from thur. In additin to cardio I went rolloer blading Sat. & Did a Hip Hop Dance Class Sunday
