Hey lady , stop thinking the stair limber is going to make your legs bigger lol lol lol , let try it first as a form of cardio vasular workout sessions and then decide how your body is going to react to it in 4 weeks time . Remember your diet is adjusted now and you have cardio added to your normal workout sessions with me .

Training is good still sore from thur. In additin to cardio I went rolloer blading Sat. & Did a Hip Hop Dance Class Sunday
