A Little About Me
I've been in the gym my entire life, but just recently started competing in the fitness world. I really enjoy it and hope to take it to higher levels some day.
When I Started Working Out

Age 5...I did gymnastics, classical ballet, and modern dance 4-5 times a week as a kid. Then I moved on to basketball year 'round at age 12 and played all the way thru college. I stayed in the gym, lifting and doing cardio after college, and two years ago began training for my first Figure Competition.Why I Love It

Main Goal

Add some meat to my calves. At 6'2", my legs can look like sticks on stage, compared to shorter girls. I need some extra muscle on those calves to give me better shape and symmetry.Long Term Goal

Shoulders (until I injured myself)...anything and everything for shoulders. Any Calf exercises, and Lat Pull Downs.
Healthy Foods
Seared Tuna salads, Sushi (especially super white tuna and yellowtail sashimi), Natural Peanut Butter (the crunchy kind...I LoVe that stuff!), Grilled Veggies
Not So Healthy Foods
I absolutely LOVE pickles and pickled okra (so much sodium), Ice Cream, Chocolate of any kind, Snickerdoodles, Pizza, Arby's (pretty much anything from there), Mexican food....ESPECIALLY chips with salsa and queso. Cheese is my biggest weakness!
Supplements
ProAnabol. It helped me make amazing gains..about 10lbs of muscle in 3-4 months. I can push through extra sets no problem when I take this stuff!
