Am really obsessed with shredded physiques of professional atheletes like certain wwe superstars & also certain celebrities.When I Started Working Out
Started in year 2001How I Started
Started cardio ( running) & lifting light weights.What motivated me was a couple of shows on ESPN.It was called Body shaping / Co-ed Training....Loved the programme... Some very famous trainers were in there. The likes of Deprise Brescia & Shawnae Jebbia(Miss USA '98)... All I had that time was a pair of dumbbells (10 lbs). & I used to do alot of jogging & running without much overall direction on nutrition & other factors.. Just wish I had known everything back then as to what I know now :) ..........Why I Love It
I have experienced excellent results & the great feeling it is when one is in great shape & terrific health condition.How I Stay Motivated
I take out time to watch wwe, even buy or rent motivation like purchasing magazines , doing research on the net & buying inspirational videos.My Worst Injury

Fluid Retention
Posted November 1st, 2008 by levesque1Hi everyone... have a question & am hoping to get feedback & have always experienced that my tribe members never disappoint & give their input & go the extra milessssss & we all get a clear picture...............
So here it goes... we all know & understand that there are two types of water/fluid retention in the body.. Intracellular & extracellular(which is understandably not desirable as it causes bloating)..
Just need to know if there is any way(any method,means or practice)that intracellular fluid retention can be induced? & similarly extracellular fluid retention may be avoided??
