Hmm, well I'm becoming something of a gym rat.
:: violin plays :: I enjoy taking long strolls in central park, cycling, playing piano, walkin my dog, helping the meek and humble, tearin' up the tennis courts as well as many other things I won't bore you with :)

Haven't had one yet in the gym. But if we're talkin overall injuries, ew, I popped my knee out when I was younger. Skin tore open. Ligaments... well, it was nasty :( [edit-just had my first accident. A 45lb plate fell on not only 1 foot! But BOTH one after the other. Believe dat? I don't!]

Ooh. Hmm, I appreciate a woman that just takes care of herself. Someone who just isn't scarred from life's experiences and throws in the towel. It makes me smile to see women hit the machines and free weights really hard. That perspiration glistenin' all over there...forehead! Ahhh..nice. Again, just someone who u can tell eats right and works out for their health as well as fit in them apple bottom jeans :) (JUST KIDDING - kinda)

Let's see, I really like my chest and arms. My legs are not bad at all. Tummy is gettin toned. I think I see 1 ab!!! I'm so excited.
Exercises
I do them all.
Healthy Foods
Fish. Lean meats. Chicken breast. Big Holy Salads. Fruits. Oats. WATER! - lots of it. Almonds.
Not So Healthy Foods
Man, I love me some PIZZA! The big greasy deep dish kind! Love me some two-boots pizza. I mean, Pizza can be good for you if you go thin crust, vegies...etc. I just love my sloppy grease slices! I once ate a whole pie, by myself, WHILE DRIVING in downtown Manhattan! Oh yeah. But I don't do that anymore LOL - big greasy pizza that is.

Not much. Protein shakes. Multi-vitamins.

Writing poetry. Performing spoken word. Painting.Magazines
Mens Fitness. I don't really do many mags.

The Bible. And some things on Oprah's book list. Wow, I sound so gay. I assure u, I'M NOT! HAHAHA

My iPod and I are close! I listen to everything from gangsta " I Shoot ya leg " Hip Hop to some John Coltrane Jazz. I'm a lover of all that is good music.

Fat Burners

I haven't used them yet. With so many on the market, I wanted to get some feedback from ya'll on the ones that have worked for u.
