Any sort of super sets.

Bikram Yoga
Posted March 11th, 2008 by Lazo FreemanPracticing Bikram Yoga (basically Yoga in a Sauna) has affected everything simultaneously. I have more control over my emotions, physical cravings, and it has made my body stronger and more flexible. . I am a 100kg bodybuilder, bodybuilders and yoga doesn’t usually go hand in hand, but it has to be the best thing I ever incorporated into my training for the past 3 months. Can't wait to jump on stage this time round, there will be a whole new look. This is a short list why
