Tempura, candies. Now, I think sushi is not so healthy anymore, even though it has healthy ingredients to it.

None, except maybe whey protein(not in pill form).

Anything that's fun.Magazines
Almost any exercise and bodybuilding magazine to look for an ounce of inspiration. Lately, I need a WHOLE LOT of inspiration.

Anything that's not fruity or annoying, b/c it causes me to lose concentration on my workouts really fast.

We talked with each other online, and he would help me with anything I needed about living a healthier lifestyle. I don't see a lot of people who are in the fitness industry like him.
