how are you doing mft members. my name is anthony walker. for four years i have been lifting or trying to lift heavy. i am 210 lbs, out of shape. but before getting in shape i am consuming 1200 cal a day for 4-12 weeks depending on my gains. if i do not see much result i will constantly increase my calorie intakes. i was thinking about creating a online journal but..............
