I really admired my friends Dray's physique, she introduced me to her personal trainer, Ilana Artz. I started working out with Ilana and within 4 months I was competing in my first fitness model competition!!Why I Love It
To me, there is no other way to live my life! The benefits are so huge, not only do I love the physical results that I get from training and living a clean healthy lifestyle, but I love knowing that I am taking care of my body inside and out. GRAB A JUMP ROPE!!

Jumping rope is an awesome exercise that you can do virtually anywhere. And at the same time, working both your lower and upper muscle groups. While jumping rope does wonders to work your calves, quads, hams and glutes; the constant movement also tones your chest, back, shoulders, forearms, biceps and triceps.
