arnold vs mike mentzer
Posted July 18th, 2007 by JoeDear Jamo, I have been weightlifting for many years using the classic high volume principal ( the Schwarzenegger principal) but I feel as if it is getting old and having less of an effect on my muscles. I was wondering if I should stick with it or if I should try the heavy duty principal which was usualized by Mike Mentzer Dorian Yates and Bruce Lee. bascially I'm wondering if you think it works. Your expertise and opinion is extremely valued. Thank you
