Bodyparts (Opposite Sex)
I like a man with great legs, a nice stomach, and a tight behind. Most of all I love a man with a killer smile. I have been lucky enough to find all that and much more in my wonderful boyfriend Rick! A man that could eat me for breakfast is a huge turn off... by that I mean a big muscle head!!
Bodyparts (Yours)
I like my shoulders and my behind when it is in shape =) I have also been told I have a great smile!
Exercises
I like all shoulder exercises, squats and deadlifts as well.
Healthy Foods
My favorite is steel cut oaks with a scoop of protein and some fruit. I also like chicken stir fry and my organic peanut butter protein shakes.
Not So Healthy Foods
Gee that is hard.. lets see I love pizza, cookies, cakes, ice cream and french fries, just to name a few. The list could go on and on!!
Supplements
I use American Whey protein and some vitamins such as fish oil, flex seed, milk thistle, and L carentine.
Hobbies
Working out, doing the obstacle course in Tampa, Fl, shopping, hanging out with my friends and boyfriend and most of all watching Lifetime movies with my sisters when we can!!Magazines
