Hey bro, great to see that you have started working out at the age of 14 :) Fitness is important..
I looked through your routine and I feel you need to change it up a little..
Right now you are doing only abs and push ups.
For ur abs workout, it is awesome. Julien's abs routine hits every segment of your abs (upper,lower,obliques and serratus)
The thing is that, not every muscle group in ur body is trained which may lead to ur body not being proportionate.
Push ups hit mainly ur chest muscle. A little bit of triceps and shoulders (front delts) get involved too.
So what about your biceps, back, shoulders and legs. You cannot leave them out.

I have been doing this bodyweight routine for awhile and it works well..not mentioning that it is a great cardio workout too. I recommend u to give it a go.

WORKOUT:

Set a countdown timer for 20 minutes. This is a circuit training. Your goal is to do as many sets of this circuit u can within 20 minutes.

Pull/Chin ups : 3 - 5 reps (Trains Back and Biceps)
Squats : 15 - 20 reps (Trains your Legs)
Push Ups: 15 - 30 reps (do 5/10 wide, 5/10 standard, 5/10 narrow grip) (Trains Chest and Triceps)
Glute Bridge Raises: 15 - 20 reps (Trains Glutes and Legs)
Pike Push Ups: 10 - 15 reps (Trains Shoulders and Traps)

That's it! You can do ur abs routine after you have completed this circuit training. For the push ups, each time you repeat the set, change the angle (incline, flat, decline)
Try not to rest between workouts, but don't push urself too much. If u need a few seconds rest to catch ur breath, take it.
Remember, always use perfect form and complete rep. Like Jamo says, "Half rep is half muscle, Full rep is full muscle"
Try to train every other day instead. So that ur muscles has time to rest and recover.

I would try the jamcore beginner workout just go to jamcore workouts then to men then jamcore beginner workout.

whats up lil dude!!! 13 eh? you're going to be quite the model for health and fitness starting at this age. that's awesome. there's definitely a lot you can learn from us here, and even more so, that we can learn from you. believe it or not, especially the whole church faith idea. sounds like you haev a good background in that, something i could definitely use more help in.
