A Little About Me
Yo Im a Aussie dude. Love my training,motocross,mountain bikes,snowboarding etc. I have been training for about 4 years. I was on the Australian Downhill mountain bike team travelling the world raceing my bike for a living and dam was that a good time! I currenlty have my own private personal training studio that mainly trains extreme sports athletes but also has a few general fitness clients.

Chicken,eggs,oats,steak,soymilk,vegies, fruit... there are so many!

Soy choc icecream.
Supplements
Protein Powder, L-glutamine,Multi,BCAA, Creatine. I will somtimes use a pre workout drink such as Controlled Labs White Flood for a big workout. FOOD takes priority.

Workout Music
Depends on mood and workout..... hip hop some days... rock/metal others. I usally like to train without music I find it helps me focus more.

Posted November 19th, 2008 by JarahHad a good days training today. Started of with a cross country ride this morning and then a gym session in the arvo diet was pretty good besides the subway but it was the only thing i could get into me after my ride.
Diet
Cup of oats with honey and penut butter. water
XC ride
Gatoraide/water and footlong chickenfillet subway sandwhich (no cheese, no sause etc)
Tuna meal
Coffee
Pre workout tuna and bread and creatine
Post workout Protein shake/waxymaise startch creatine with frozen bluberry
Chicken fillet with large serve of vegggies and potato with BCAA drink
