Hey Jamo

Hey Jamo ,
Making video blog was a great idea, I am a big fan of it , cause you really reach out and help many young fitness enthusiasts to train and supplement the right way eliminating mistakes that might cost time and health.
My question is : BCAA and Glutamine two of the best supplements, we all use them , however I am still not sure how do take them: thought the day morning, pre-work out, post-work out, before bed? Workout day- nor-work out day ? Also what is best serving size(assuming we are talking about pounder)? Aslo does the amount and frequency of intake changes when gaining mass and when cleaning(pre-shooting season)?
Merci !

hello jamo !!!!
first of all i love all your videos !
i got one guestion for you though, its a kinda funny one.
Ok, when me and my friend workout he keeps on punching his muscles the once he workout, he sais it stimulates the muscles! and you will get that muscle bigger by doing that!
is that true? or he is just stupid?
thank you, id really appriciate if you reaspond.

Hey Jamo, how are you man? Just wanted to say I think this new blog section is a fantastic idea bro!

I just have one question for you if you don't mind answering:

To lose two pounds of fat you would need to burn 7,000 calories over one week, correct? What if you ate the amount of calories your body required for maintenance, then you burnt of 7,000 calories a week by doing two 60 minute sessions a week on a bike machine (in which you burnt 500 calories each time), that way your are eating the same amount of calories you need, then burning 7,000 a week plus a little extra from the weight training?
I just wanted to know what you thought about this?

Thanks a lot man!

Question for your video blog :)

Hey man, so I just have a question that I was wondering if you could answer as part of your video blog...

1) Basically I know that after a training session (with weights) you need protein and quick digesting carbs, I was wondering if Orange Juice would be okey as a source of carbs if you can't afford a post workout shake? Also, I know when you take creatine you need to spike your insulin levels so would orange juice do that? As I heard fruits and veg don't spike insulin levels?

2) Secondly, if fat loss is your goal, how many carbs are needed after a workout? I take 1 scoop of whey (24g) + 1 glass of Orange Juice (20g sugars) + 5g Creatine.... Is that going to be okey? Or should I take more carbs? (I recently read an article in which they said you can take about 50-70g carbs after a workout even if your goal is fat loss).

Thank a lot man, so very much appreciated!

JAMO RELAX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know you are not promoting it , everyone else needs to realise that i am willing to risk my health to be the best !!! please dont tell me about the risks and dangers of steriods because I KNOW there are loads of health risks , i am just wanting to know how you took them and what kind you took etc , thats all , i know they are not a wise choice and i definately am not saying that you told me to take them !!! relax man , its ok , i am not going to do anything stupid until i am 100% sure of it !!
