can somebody explain to me what is going on ??? i posted 2 QUESTIONS to you on wednesday ( plenty of time for them to be answered on friday ) and i have been anxiously awaiting the answers and i ran home from college to check them and i have been totally and utterly ignored !! i even made it clear by putting your name in the title ( JAMO ) !!!! i feel invisible !!! did my questions not show up on your computer screen !!! i feel EXTREMELY let down and disapointed by you jamo , i thought me and you were brothers ! :-( i am not even kidding but this has ruined my whole day , this was wat i was lookin forward to and i have been let down :-( please could you answer my questions ? it is so important because i am starting my pre - contest program and i have no idea of how much cardio i should be doing ?????? HELP PLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSEEEE

ok my question was that is it true that if you punch the muscle group that you work out, it will stimulate for them to grow larger?

Wuz up Jamo! This website in unbelievable and has a great look to it. I just joined and Im lovin it. I have a question about what time of day I should work out with weights. See I wrestle at a high school level so right after school I get to practice then come back at around four in the evening.( I wrestle from monday to wednesday then do mixed martial arts the rest of the week) I either start working out after wrestling or at around six. However my father keeps telling me to do my workouts right before I go off to school at about 5:30 so I dont over work myself. I know that doing cardio in the morning is beneficil fo cutting fat but I really dont need alot of cardio since theres alot of cardio involved in the sports I do. My main focs in training Is in weight training however I dont know weather i should do my weight workouts in the morning or in the evening time till night. Please help!

i had a question about bulking and thought you'd be able to answer my question(s) really well since you were a former bodybuilder. I'm 16, 170lbs and want to gain mass like most people do. My whole family eats clean so that's not a problem, but what i want to do is gain about 15-20lbs over the summer and continue to gain muscle during the next school year. I'd like to be a lot bigger and very strong for next track season so i can do better in the throwing events. I'll be using recipes from a book called Gourmet Nutrition by John Berardi. It's a clean eating book for people who workout/train. I'll also be using Jason Ferruggia's Maximum Mass program because it focuses mainly on compound movements and functional training. Along with that i'll be doing core work so that my core stays strong. I'll be supplementing with BCAA's, fish oil, and creatine.

My questions are: am i doing the right things to get muscular and strong?
will taking in about 1000-1500 extra calories be enough to become bigger and stronger (it'll come out to about 4000-4500 calories)?
and is there anything else you think i should be doing or should know?

HELLO JAMO, DUDE.. THE SITE IS LOOKING GREAT. Looks like we are coming back to the states, Cape Town is beautiful but a lot has changed. This is my first time actually being able to get online and when I did,,, it got me so hyped. I needed that. My mother sent me the Fit RX mag down with Julien in it so I've been staying motivated with that. As soon as we get back to Florida I will be on a lot more.... Hope all is well with you and your wife. Talk to you again soon. Gyms are nice here, Virgin Active, Sports Science, but I mainly try to climb Table Mountain, and working out in the parks.
