hi jamo i have a quastion
can i train chest , bicep , tricep in one day
i mean i train chest first after that the bicep and than i finished my workout with tricep
my trainings routin looks like so :
sunnday: chest , bicep , tricep
monday: back , shoulders
tuesday: legs
wednesday:chest , bicep , tricep
thursday: back , shoulders
friday: legs
saturday: ------------ off
i´m 21 years old and my wight is 91 maby 92 kg
and i don´t use supplements because i have not the mony for this suff
but i eat good
sorry my english is not so good :)

can i suggest me a schedule for working out...i m doing at home got da bench barbel dumbells jst need a great schedule for working out properly...plz suggest me something bro....nawaz

Whats up my brotha!? How have you been? I haven't heard from you in a while. I'm all done with school now and opening my training studio this month here in Arizona... in all seriousness i just want to say to everyone and anyone reading this that i have a very out spoken and forward personality ( yes i do get in trouble a bit in college :P ) but thats who i am and i aint changing it :D:D:D i just want everyone to know that at no point in any of my comments EVER on this site do i mean any disrespect or harm , thats the last thing i mean when i post because i respect the hell out of all you guys !!! loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool PATIENCE :):):) jamo i cant believe how knowledge-able you are , you should be a motivational speaker or a life coach lol lol , dont worry i completely understand and i wont keep bugging you for answers , i am very sorry i was inconsiderate and selfish expecting answers from you whenever i wanted them and i didnt even take into acount that you have a life ( A VERY GOOD ONE BTW ) and you have to earn a living , i am so sorry for not understanding , please forgive me :(:( as for the question answer it was great , should i do 30 minutes 4times a week for the first month and then 45minutes 4times a week for the next month and the final month do 45minutes 5 times a week , that sounds a lot simpler than my crazy confusing original cardio split lol , thank bro , ;)
