i dont know is this the area where i may ask you a question for you to answer on the "blog video"?
but anyway i got 3 questions.
After my work out i drink 24g of Whey protein, my friend said what i should consume more, about 40-50g at least if i want to get bigger, is he right? beacuse id think what that would just make me fat and i dont want to loose my abs? can you please answer that?
also how much grams of BCAA do i need and should i take it before or after my workout?
and my last question i take creatine and it stores water into your muscles, and if i do my workout and then cardio and i always sweat during my cardio does that water come out from the muslces?

no but in all seriousness i want to tell you that you have just filled my motivation meter up FULL with your feedback. you honestly have no idea how much your comments mean to me , i am just a nobody from scotland (a country were bodybuilding is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO un-common, dont get me wrong it has a nice wee bodybuilding industry but no where near as big as america. You are a celebrity in my eyes and a personal hero and role model to me and for you to say something like that to me is just beyond a dream come true , it really makes me so focused for me next workout , finally i am recieving the gratitude i deserve lol , 2 years of never quit attitude and pure animal determination got me like that and if anything my attitude and determination is even more , so hopefully i will just keep growing and growing ;)

All of my friends and family who seen that transformation picture where shocked and amazed :D:D:D everyone doubted me and laughed when i told them i was a bodybuilder but whos laughing now ??? :D:D:D i cant wait for the future , i cant wait for my first show , i just cant wait to impress you more :D:D you are my idol and i have 1,000,000% respect for you and all of your words , i honestly respect you more than my mum !!!! well hopefully you get the point of how happy you have made me , you are more famous than brad pitt , tom hanks and every other actor in the world (too me ) and it just means so much that you have PUBLICLY congradulated me ( on the video ) , it means the world to me ;)

hay jamo , just want to say that it is refreshing to see your spirit lifted finally , the past couple of v-blogs you have been depressed and always looked tired :( BUT , now you look full of energy again and its fantastic to see :D:D

anyways , if you have some spare time , could you please check out my progress pics , i cant believe it , i am 218.8lbs at the moment and i still kinda have my abs ( kinda lol ) , i am the biggest i have ever been :D:D remember i use to weigh a pathetic 155lbs in 2006 , now 3 years later i am large and in charge at 218.8lbs :D:D, comments and feedback would be ridiculously appreciated my brother ;) love you and all that you do bro , stay safe and remember - the best wealth .......is health :D:D:D:D:D lol ;) cheers bro .

hay jamo , no need to answer my blog about the " injury " it was just a huge false alarm , i bet people think it is so much worse than what it is , i am completely fine , it was just a funny way i was sitting at my computer for about 4 hours , no wonder i had a sore back , i use perfect form and a weight lifting belt when i workout so it wasnt from working out , it was a false alarm , i was just really worried that it might have been something serious but i spoke to my gyms personal trainer and sports therapist and he said it definately wud have been the way i was sitting , i keep good form and posture in and out of the gym from now on after that , and i have got straight back into the heavy heavy lifting and i am fine , no need to worry or answer my blog ;) piece my brother , hows things anyway , MAKE SURE YOU ARE RELAXING AND TAKING IT EASY NOW AND AGAIN , after all you aint superman ( maybe batman ;) ) cheers m8
