Jamo, I've injured my right shoulder recently doing incline bench presses. Right now it hurts when I do certain exercises like lying tricep extension with e-z bar and also dips. Feels like my tendon are screaming at certain angles. But I can still do some other exercises without the pain flaring up. I don't give up easy and I'm still training, I've been trained to ignore pain from the military. Yet I don't want to make the injury any worse. Any advice you can give me to improvise, adapt, and overcome?
