Well, its my cheat day today...
Posted November 1st, 2008 by Jamie YuI promised my girl a romantic night in and make something for us both so I'm right in the middle of cooking...
(my girl doesn't share my love of the usual brown rice, chicken and veggies).
So anyway as I said its cheat day but I'm not going for a whole pizza with seven types of cheese or 4 mega burgers and a pint of ice cream. Nope. It's not exactly healthy healthy but there again its not exactly devoid of nutrients and full of empty calories. I'm making Chicken Tikka Pasta.
4 cooked chicken breasts coated with a home-made tikka marinade
Pack of spinach and ricotta tortelini pasta
