Hey My Fit Tribers,
I've been a member for over a year, and finally here comes my first blog! I've probably been on this site atleast every other day reading all the great info and watching the videos.
Anyways I had a question for you guys, I'm lactose somewhat intolerant, and if I consume something like dairy products, or whey with high lactose are there any other problems other than gas or bloating? Or if the protein from these sources will be absorbed just as well as others?
