A Little About Me
I started my fitness lifestyle at age 15 when I took up rockclimbing, I wanted to be functionally strong from an early age. I started lifting weights at age 21 and took it pretty seriously until I was about 26. Before medical school I injured my lower back and started triathlon training for more endurance and to rehabilitate my back through swimming and core training. I still lift weights sometimes but mainly do bodyweight workouts endurance sports. I play on a soccer team and run around a hospital all day long trying to recuperate from soreness and lack of sleep. I am married and have three kids. I work as a physician and specialize in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (basically sports medicine for extremely hurt people).
