Blood Type and Protein
Posted May 3rd, 2010 by J_dazzle23So i just found out that I am a type A= blood type, and after some research I have found that the best diet for a blood type A person happens to be similar to a vegetarian diet! As someone that lifts every day, this is not good news for me.
Any suggestions from jamo or brian, or anyone else with experience in this?
