A Little About Me
I have endless desire in competition and combat sport, endless energy in exersicsing my body to the max to an elite athletic level...Everyone from Footballers, to boxers, from Kickboxers to Golfers, we all depend on bodybuilding to sustain muscle mass, and core strength, some do it for endurance, some do it to impress the oposite sex...I do it, depending on mid-weights, and heavy-ish in certain exerscises with high repetition, I never do one set, always on movement for my cardio, superset, triset, and extended sets. But thats strength training, cause I'm a Kickboxer more into the endurance and strength aspects of bodybuilding, but you must do some "pure" bodybuilding. So some months its bodybuilding 6 times a week, and some months its kickboxing and Boxe francais all along. Glad to be part of the MFT crew!
When I Started Working Out
when I was 13, I Started kickboxing in Rabat, where I enrolled to Sitan Gym rabat, I turned 16 then I started cocktailing a little with exerscises by weights. How I Started
My uncle, and also my trainer for a long time, he told me and advised on weight lifting, that its important for muscle development, he was impressed by my size growth so that why I started early. Why I Love It
Its just fun, healthy, stay active, I like the pump feel, and I like the soreness you get the next day after a workout...It feels pretty good! How I Stay Motivated
JamCore, Special Forces training program, and what keeps me even more active is Kickboxing and MMA.My Worst Injury
I hurt my right elbow real bad, and twisted my ankle a few times, all injuries in my kickboxing, no injuries in the weight room...not yet.
I Would Love To Meet
Randy Couture, Fedor Emelianenko, Chuck Liddell, Wanderlei Silva, Forrest Griffin, and Rich Franklin...All MMA fighters, I dont seem to have allot of bodybuidling heroes, other than Ronnie and Schwaseneger, Jay Cutler, or Kenneth Wheeler.
Goals
Main Goal
Stay healthy and motivated, and achieve a career in MMA (mixed martial arts).Short Term Goal
Convince my family to let me follow what I want...Long Term Goal
Become a World Champion...and wear that gold around my waist.Bodyfat Goal
I really dont care about my body fat, as long as I'm "Image Perfect" ;-)Weight Goal
I stay in my weight class, which is 183 lbs (middleweight), so I dont really have a weight goal...Just stay in the ranges of 181 - 185.Favorites
Bodyparts (Opposite Sex)
Eyes, hair, waist & belly, and those long never ending stretching legs... lol
Bodyparts (Yours)
Ladies...you tell me...
Exercises
Bench Press, Pull ups, machine pull-downs, db curl, crunches, and push ups.
Punching heavy bag, mitt work, pad drills, sparring, and speed bag. In cardio: Running (up and down stairs, backwards, sprinting), cycling, swimming, and rope skipping.Healthy Foods
Salads, Vegetebales, chicken, fish, Brown rice, steak, and beef (eaten moderately). Oh, and worms, they are tasteless, almost taste like mud, but in the jungle when i was in the special forces camp experience, I had to live on worms and insects, actually, a fact, they contain 90% more protein than fish, chicken, and beef combined! Yeah, I know, I was shocked when I heard that. So yeah, they are part of my healthy diet.
Not So Healthy Foods
Beef (Overeating it), Coke (not even diet), candy, doghnuts, and fast food.
Supplements
I don't take any yet, maybe when I get to professional level or elite level athletics and the demands will be great on my body then I'll start taking supplements and follow a good diet, I don't really like to follow strict diets anyways, so why should I suck in powders?

Books
Biograghy of Mohammad Ali, Mixed Martial Arts training & conditioning, and Chris Ryan's SAS fitness Book.

My Personal Training Regimen
Posted December 26th, 2007 by image_perfectHellow my lovely FitTribe community...I would like to share with you my weight-lifting / strength training / bodybuilding program, in which I do aside from my kickboxing. Speaking of bodybuilding, I do that 2-3 times a week, strength training about 3-4 times a week, and a very quick, but heavy-weight workout straight after kickboxing (for back only), in my opinion every body part is important in the ring, but I think that the back is very important, anyway, heres my workout, in the gym, and at home:
