yeah for sure man.
this is what we honestly use.
whey protein for after workouts, whey concentrate that is. then some type of sugary liquid (or powder) like gatorade. i use gatorade but at the moment if you read my journal i'm using Celltech by muscletech only b/c we got an unbelieveable deal on them and it ended up being cheaper than gatorade at sams club. it basically has more nutrients and some creatine that gatorade does not, but at normal price its not worth it in my opinion. i dont use creatine i havent really experiemented seriously to know if it work swell with me, i just know my MIND makes me bloated after using it, lol. it might be a pre-bias thingy but whatever haha. i also use glutamine for before and after workouts. thats it. the key is being able to eat no matter what so here's wher emy tips can REALLY come in handy. for whole foods during school:
i use KASHI GoLean oatmeal pacckets. its just regular oatmeal with more protein, and some chemical flavors, meaning they dont add boat loads of sugar to flavor it, just some splenda and what not. it also has more fiber i believe.
i also cook my chicken and bring it to class, as you will see if you read my journal for today. i seldom use bars, but i did today for my postworkout on the run at class.
i sometimes use Meal Replacement Powders for my protein sources during classes. I almost always eat oatmeal as my "on the go" carb source. #1... its the most complex carb, im pretty sure, and #2 ,its convienent. you can just throw however much you want into a baggy and run with it and eat it dry. it helps me eat slower ;).

later bro! i'll give u some more tips, just throw out some foods and i can help make them fun and interesting hopefully :) lol

Yea, i see where u r coming from but, im actually trying to gain weight prob bout another 10 to 20 pounds and ill be all set. My plan with the hydroxycut was to to beable to take in all the extra and still be able to keep any excees burned off sith the Hydroxycut. actually this plan that i had is one that a body builder named Fouad Abiad has used and well he's swoll as a mug, but anywayz ill chat later. hey thanks bro. Yes this man i'm helping has a career behind him already (from what I gather), he told me that he trains on weekends and wanted a 1-hour max routine that he can do before work on the weekdays. He has a job so training all week or following the schedule u mentioned is not possible, but thanks for the input, its much appreciated. He described his training sessions on the weekends and they're definitely intense enough, and i know all about intensity.
