Correct Me If needed...

I talked to a personal trainer today about my goals....( muscle maturity's, abs, and some good size...all natural. I guess my definition of natural = Amino Acids, Protein / any type. I use the recreate fat burner by USP. And I'm thinking about creatine but need advice so feel free to put that here too. I also Use fish oils and flax seed oil ect. )
