Here to try to loose some weight and get good form on my workout. I love playing my guitar and write music going ot make my first 12 song album this next month pretty exciting.
Me and my fianceee broke up after 3 years of being toghter and after i got over the pain i really took a look at my self and realized i needed some changes. After 2 years of being off work and not being able to do anything no walking or moving cause my sergury really put me at the end. We broke up in may and i needed a change so i joined a gym stopped eating fast food and soda. Weighted my self a bit after we broke up cause i had a new doc appointment and i was at 340 (May 2 07) i was miserable. I weighted my self yesterday oct(07)and im at 235. Though some weeks it dont move but am lifting everyday and following a good diet program so hopefully its staying still cause of new muscle :) Then was reading a mag and seen a link to this site and havent looked back. Each day is something new and something better as clothes are fitting better and dropping pants sizes. And actully seeing some good shape in my body, Love this program and all you do here. Went down to 180 and now going back up but the heathy way!
Had binial tumor on the bottom of both my feet. Had to have both removed was supose to be a 6-8 month surgery. This oct(07) will be 2 years. Is finally getting better and stronger since ive been going to the gym and working at it hard

SOunds like a great book. I got the free download and really liked it. Question is is it worth it will it help out in my knowledge and help with my workout. It sounds great but is it real or just more bs?
I usally get new books and such to help me even if i learn one or 2 things but im also very thoughtful before i go and spend my cash on something that i dont know a whole lot about. SO as usual i come here first...
