How I Started

In a humble gym at the basement of LADWP Headquarters.

Why I Love It

I don't have to take high blood pressure medication anymore!

How I Stay Motivated

My trainer and best friend, Dennis, who gets on my ass and punishes me when I slack with training and nutrition.

My Worst Injury

December 2006 - My right knee was badly dislocated after I slipped and fell in the shower. That better be my first and last injury!!!

I Would Love To Meet

I've already met Monica Brant, Tanji Johnson, and Ronnie Coleman. I'd love to follow them around for a day!

Goals

Main Goal

To compete in a local figure competition.

Short Term Goal

To prepare for a video shoot with Mona Liza Reyes end of May 2008. - DONE! Next short-term goal: to have a fitness shoot with my husband sometime in July or August

Long Term Goal

To keep up with my healthy lifestyle until my hair turns gray and my face gets wrinkly.

Bodyfat Goal

Currently at 15%. My goal at the moment is 12%.

Weight Goal

Currently at 105.5 lbs at a height of 5'1". I don't care what weight I am, as long as I'm a lean muscle machine.

Stepmill for my glutes! As for weight training exercises, I like them all.

Healthy Foods

Post-workout shake: 1 scoop strawberry Syntha-6 by BSN, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, 1 fruit (peach or lychee...yum!), ice, and water. Blend in the Magic Bullet. SUPER YUM!

I'm also a sucker for Vietnamese food! Vermicelli Bowls, Bahn Mi (French Bagette Sandwiches), Spring Rolls.

Oh, and sushi/sashimi!

Not So Healthy Foods

Any sushi roll that's drenched with eel sauce. I also love all flavors of Mochi ice cream. My total weakness is PUTO! (ask a Filipino and they'll explain)
