Healthy Foods
Post-workout shake: 1 scoop strawberry Syntha-6 by BSN, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, 1 fruit (peach or lychee...yum!), ice, and water. Blend in the Magic Bullet. SUPER YUM!
I'm also a sucker for Vietnamese food! Vermicelli Bowls, Bahn Mi (French Bagette Sandwiches), Spring Rolls.
Oh, and sushi/sashimi!
Not So Healthy Foods
Any sushi roll that's drenched with eel sauce. I also love all flavors of Mochi ice cream. My total weakness is PUTO! (ask a Filipino and they'll explain)
