100% natural! Standing at 6'-1" and recently down to 230lbs from 265lbs (goal around 195-205lbs...well see how it looks). I'm used to training heavy....so now I'm trying to mix things up with lighter weights...adding more intense cardio and ab work. Very excited and plugged in for the challenge! :)

My First Bodybuilding Competition
