Seriously, I like doing split body parts and i take 2 days off a wk...other than that i listen to Ves :)

ok..but for early this time..maybe there in no change on my shape....because i am on exam and need to lower my xtvt..ok..t.care

Thanks bro! What help to build a good foundation was sticking to the basics:

Legs---Squats, Leg press, Lunges, Leg Extension, Leg curl, Stiff-Leg dead lift
Back-- Dead-lift, Rows, Pull-Downs,
Chest-- Incline & flat bench press, Dips
Shoulders-- Dumbbell should press, Lateral Raises, Reverse Fly
Biceps-- Barbell or cambered bar curls, Hammer Curls
Triceps-- Lying Tricep extension, Overhead Tricep extension

These are just some basic exercises to for each particular body part that have worked well for me. I always utilize most of these exercises in my workouts year round. I hope this helps answers your question, if not let me know.

monday: chest , ticeps and abs (julien workout)
Wednesday: back, biceps and abs
friday: legs and abs
sunday: shoulders, biceps, triceps and abs
