Added a couple new picts but still not close to where i want to be. But getting there in time.

Hey doing good here. I do sunday jamcor beginn monday chest arms tuesday abs and back thursday legs and butt. Friday wensday i do caro and saturday i rest and do nothing and maybe eat a little junk food hehe.
Do 3 sets of 12 on those nights. And follow my diet everyday cept saturday i might add a pizza or some tacho's nothing to over the top but something to change it up. Hope all is good with you talk to you soon.

Well i do jam begginer workout but i also added in the Ab Workout Circuit and Chest and Arms Workout, That are here on the site. And just seperated them all into body parts so i could work all parts out at once then rest then go on to the next part. I do 2 reps of 10 from each While im still learning them and getting better form ect. Soon as they get easier and i know im doing them right ill add 3 sets of 10. Gonna do them till i get to about 8 weeks then ill jsut swap to interm moves but kee the rest the same. One day ill do the circuit then next ill do cardo.
I work wensday frid sat so i do cardo on those days after work.
Sun i do the circuit monday i do cardo with some extra leg workouts
tuesday circutit
wen cardo thur circuit
frid cardo
sat cardo
Cardo is 30 minutes on bike 10 on tred
the tred for 10 minutes i do 5 of regular walk 1 of jog 2 on regular one sprint then last minute i go to slow walk.

And defintily a deal. Hope you stick with it and next summer well both post new picts:)

yes muscle milk is better than Soy , stick with fish and egg whiete and tofu thats good substitute .

Thank you for the nice comment and I'm glad you like the workouts , the only suggestion I can add is consistency and pateince , you are starting something new that you are enjoying , the next step is to get better at it and we will show you more exercises . The next thing you need to do is clean up your diet and start eating healthy here is a meal plan that I can suggest

meal 1
1 CLA (conjugated linoeic acid) before the meal
6 oz of oatmeal
4 egg white
1 glass of pure grapfruit juice
1 Bcomplex
1 vit C 500 mg
1 multivit
Meal 2 (2-3 hours later )
Protein shake (30 grams of pure whey) mixed in water
Your best bet is Muscle milk light from Cytosport (cookie and cream is nice)
1 apple
Meal 3
1 CLA (conjugated linoeic acid) before the meal
8 oz of chicken breast
6oz of brown rice
brocolli
Meal 4
1 CLA (conjugated linoeic acid)
8oz of chicken or steak
8 oz of brown rice or wholewheat pasta
1 large salad
Water
2 hours later
Meal 5
Protein shake (pure whey 30 grams)
Meal 6
1 CLA (conjugated linoeic acid)before the meal
8 oz of white fish
4oz of brown rice
brocolli
asparagus or salad

On the week end you can have anything you heart desire , but in moderation ,,but the name of the game in this business is always consistency for at least 5 days a week eating clean and the week end ,,relax a bit , make sure you always beat the time it took to finish the last workout and you should do very well ,,please keep me posted thank you lots of love JAMO
