Well the doctor told me that to get to stage four of Keinbocks, it usually takes many months to year(s). So he said if I do have Keinbocks, that its most likely in the infant stages because its stilll hard to tell if I even have it. But yes, make sure you go back to your specialist regularly (i'd say at least every 2 months? I would ask him/her to be more certain how frequently you should go back)... so they can monitor it, and see if its healing or decaying.

Actually i have what is called "Keinbock's disease". Blood flow has been severly inhibited (hopefully not completely blocked) to at least one or more of the bones in my wrist. This is causing severe pain, and as you can probably assume, my bone is slowly decaying. The final stage of this disease (thereare three or four depending on which article you read), is the bone completely dies and it disintegrates, leaving the surrounding bones to shift and cause severe pain, and arthritis.

Doctors do not know how the disease comes about, but most seem to believe is simply a large trauma, or many multiple traumas over a period of time. I'm probably the latter case, because I do not recall any large traumas to my wrist. Well, i'll ttyl bro, time to study, im going to actually see the wrist specialist tomorrow morning at 9:30am.. so i'll get the results then :(.

Hey bro I like you writing style would you be interested in submitting articles for MFT you get published on the home page ! Thank you

Hey Marcus welcome to the MFT family! That wrist injury sounds very inhibiting. So heavy weights are out of the question, but are you still able to do bodyweight exercises? Is this injury also something that will heal (i would assume so, but then again if it never healed right...)?

If you get a chance, you should get more detailed in your profile so we can really help ya! Alright bro take care!
