A Little About Me
I'm a very competitive person in nature. I used to play basketball but after tearing my ACL, I could not risk a second tear so basketball became a recreational activity and I started working out to keep in shape. Working out quickly became my favorite sport and satisfied my competitive nature. The hardest competition is my own self. I very much like working out and learning about training and nutrition. I try to spread the knowledge and I am pleased when I see people around me get results.

My Home Gym
Posted July 31st, 2009 by FIREBATHello everybody
Hope you are all doing great
I'm moving to a larger house and I have a decent space for a home gym for me and my wife
I planned to stick to the basics so I have just 5 pieces of equipment in my mind
1. Squat Rack (with olympic barbell and weights)
2. Flat/Incline/Decline Bench
3. PowerBlock DB's (5lb to 90lb set)
4. Dual Adjustable Pulley with chinup bar
5. Cardio Equipment (ThreadClimber or Threadmill)
I believe that will be pretty sufficient, what do you think?
