wait til you get ur proper answer from jamo on friday m8 ;) but just want to let you know that i never experienced forearms fatigue when i starting working out and i havnt ever for 3 years so i dont really agree with you on that one but it might be true for some people and others may not experience it , all i know is that i have never experienced it ;) in of jamos videos of biceps training he says " dont squeeze the handle " because that activates your forearms , just grip it with a tight grip but not too tight that you are squeezing the handle ;) good luck bro , we shall hopefully find out what u are doing wrong on friday from jamo ;) take care ;)
