A Little About Me
I'm 25, and I recently just started to realize I wanted to be more fit for the benefits of being a healthier and more attractive individual. I was pretty fit through high school playing soccer, but when I went to college I started delivering pizzas as a part time job, and ended up with some extra lbs. around my midsection. Never took the time to realize how bad it was for me, till I looked at my family history having a uncle, granddad, grandmother, and father who have all had triple bypass or more. I realized it was only a matter of time before I would be under the scalpel or worse.

calves, playing soccer I've always had pretty good calves from all the back peddling and running up a hill w th someone on your back we did in practice, not to mention staying in motion constantly.
Exercises
Well at the moment I'm mainly doing cardio and core type workouts, to get back in shape.
Healthy Foods
All kinds of chicken, FISHTACOS! (i'm from texas, its a big thing in austin and can be quite healthy if prepared right) and I love tuna with a little bit of tomato sauce, oatmeal every morning. oh and grilled veggies no doubt.
Not So Healthy Foods
hot chicken wings with ranch/blue cheese and cold dark beer(shiner) lots of em too :(

House music all night long! Being a dj I love all kinds of music but especially booty shaking dance music! I highly recommend this guys mixes (http://www.mixdepot.net/SethDillanGavin) the site has a ton of free legal downloads of great dance mixes! One of the good things about these mixes you don't have to worry about changing songs as they last about a hour and have constant beat great for cardio!
