At my required size. Now want to make the muscles defined
Posted September 14th, 2008 by eddiedredgeHi to all at MFT
I am on the scrounge for some advice. I have got as big as i want to get (apart from my chest which still needs a good hammering) and i'm now looking to get a routine that will help me to split muscle groups up thus making them more define.
Its not something that I have ever done and although I am aware that i need to increase reps and drop weights, i would like the advice of an educated/experienced voice, who can also advise on the best exercises to achieve this.
Thanks in advance
Eddie Dredge
