Hey my name is Cole, I'm going to be attending Western Illinois University in the Fall of 2009 with studies focused in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences. I'm very passionate about training and love everything to do with nutrition and supplements. Of course, I'm always looking forward to learning new stuff. I'm around 6'2'' and have been cutting down so am about 219-223 lb. I work as a personal trainer at the Anytime Fitness in Keokuk, IA part-time and really enjoy. I love working out because it proves that the most amazing gift you'll ever recieve is your life and your body. Working out allows you to shape and sculpt your body in ways that make you feel like an artist. If you're lacking in a problem area, you can say "I need to start doing more exercises for that area," and you eventually see your body growing in response to working out that area. Worst injury after I started lifting was a broken thumb. Before I started lifting was a smashed popliteal artery in my left leg which I had to have surgery to get an arterial graft.

Healthy Foods
I'm pretty strict on my diet, almost so to the point that I don't eat to enjoy food anymore I just eat because I know it helps to heal my body and give me energy. Therefore with that philosophy I eat some pretty crazy things. Lately I've been pureeing alot of my meals so I don't have to waste time eating I just drink them. One of my latest meals that'll probably make most people gag was 4 cans tuna, 3 raw eggs, and 1 cup milk pureed in the blender.
