PF's great... Manville's Manville. My work out has changed a little bit. I'm going to post it up. I'm doing shorter rest periods between seets with lighter weight.... figured that I would Take it easier on the joint, ligaments and tendonds for a little bit LOL I will post my work out and my NEW Diet on as a blog, take a look at it as soon as I get it on here. Garneau's gonna be ripped and jacked in no time. His quads are already showing around his kneee caps lol. My goal is to get to 235-240lbs. by February, right now I have to eat every hour to hor and a half. Keep in touch on here because I check this every day. Let me know when you'll be home so we can have Scotch Night!!!! Also the PF on Armistice BLVD. is opening asap.
