Lifting techniques
Posted November 14th, 2008 by DoctorbimMy trainer the other day was having me work on my arms and introduced me to something new to focus on while lifting with exercises, like the curls. All the reps were nice and slow, but for each rep a different finger was squeezed harder than the others- so index, middle, ring, then pinky. I was just wondering if anyone's heard of that and what it does, or if it even its been proven to do something different than normal reps. THANKS!
