H i daisy,
I'm new on this site. Hang in there and one step at a time, you'll achieve a better firness level. I know what 15 minutes a day walking does for me - I'm 65- and just want to encourage you. It does work. I used to be so fit [but didn't know it then] just took it for granted. I got a sedentary job and started putting on the pounds. So here I am looking for motivation.
