A Little About Me
welcome all ;) my name is Darren Malaly , born and bread in sunny Scotland , i have been training for almost 3 years( summer 2006 started ) , i have some huge achievements that i am extremely proud of ;) I was a wee skinny 155lb 6 foot boy running around with stick arms and a chicken chest , and after almost 3 years of trial and error lifting and dieting , 3 years of blood sweat and tears and pure animal determination i am up to 204lbs and am now 6 foot 2 , so i am quite a big boy now :):):) I got myself upto 217lbs at one point but i was in terrible condition , i looked like trey brewer when he over bulked , i was huge and had no abs or anything , so i trimmed down to 190lbs but lost a bit of muscle so i bulked back up but did it sensibly and i am now at 204lbs with less bodyfat than i had when i was 217lbs but i am the same size i was , so everything is going good ;)
I am going to university to study fitness,Health and nutrition and am hoping to be a personal trainer ;)
if you have any questions please feel free to leave a wee message in my guestbook ;)

Deadlifts = good or bad ??? (jamo*)
Posted May 28th, 2009 by dazzaemm2k7hay jamo , hows things ? hope your enjoying life and trying to relax more !!
Deadlifts !! my question is = IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUILD AN AMAZING BODYBUILDERS PHYSIQUE AND GET SERIOUS SIZE BY NOT DOING DEADLIFTS ?? are they soo crucial for adding size or are they over-rated ????
I say this because everywere i turn people talk about deadlifts being CRUCIAL for getting big and then another minute i hear the complete opposite ( people saying they are over-rated and cause to many injurys )??
