You welcome ... I will bring the boys but not all the time , but you will see them here !

Hey man, so how's it going then? I was wondering, I see your also in the UK, cool bro me too :)

I was wondering man, where do you get your supps from? online? I been buying supplements online for a while now, I've used these sites so far:

http://www.maximuscle.com/ - First site I ever used, when I first got into, though I think it's a bit too expensive now...
http://www.bodybuilding-supplements.co.uk - Then I used this site, good service, good prices, got a bunch of Met-RX stuff here.
http://www.tropicanafitness.com - this place next, got my Cytosport stuff here...

....and then...

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/ - I don't know if you've checked this site out but it's amazing, prices are great! Check out there whey protein: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/whey-protein/true-whey-(5lb)/

Anyways, do you have any good UK online sites for supplements? Just figured since we're both in the Uk we could share some info!

Hey! Im cool man..
My progress is a little slow but there's slight improvements...though i really want to improve my arms majorly...and maybe my upper chest..
Cool to know that u have improvements...you should post more pics man...
See ya!

Yo man, thanks for the response and I agree with what your saying too, I wasn't trying to disrespect you what so ever, as I'm now sure you weren't disrespecting whoever said that about forearms. Okey, so we cool bro?

& and I agree with your comparison about the 800g protein a day & biceps four times a week, I guess I would class that as rather silly, anyways...

Laters skater!

Hey thanks man, that does truly mean a lot. I'm working very hard on being a good role model. My brother and I have been taking Cross cultural and leadership development courses at our university to become more understanding and accepting of others. I love learning about different cultures, ethnicities, religions, etc... its very intriguing to learn about how people are different yet we all share common experiences.

One thing I've come to learn is that respect begets respect, and i believe in karma.

You know I believe theres two fundamental types of respect. Respect out of fear, and respect out of admiration.

Respect out of admiration is the kind I want, but I'm sure you've found all throughout your youngster years that the type of respect was mostly out of fear. Kids being afraid of the 'bigger' kids, and bully's getting 'fake respect'. To me respect out of fear is fake respect.

The thing is, for most younger kids, they think that all respect is 'from fear.' They think that in order to respect someone it means you're afraid of them. They also think that if you give respect to someone, that it means you acknowledge they can 'take you' or beat you up. I laugh when i think about it now, but its so true. I mean when I was young it was a lot like that, and i see it all the time still.

So when im walking down teh street, and i see a bunch of youngsters that only know that one kind of 'respect', im glad to know that they wont bother me lol! Thats one advantage of being bigger. But all of my friends respect me out of admiration, and I in turn respect them the same way.

alright man, i'll ttyl, time to go finish helping cook some food and go party with the family!! :-p

Bro I can tell you that I am very impressed with how you responded to my message i sent you. That shows you're able to take constructive criticism and thats a mature quality. You're also pretty open-minded which is another one of those qualities.

I can assure you that your blogs with be answered, and usually only a few people will answer unless its a subject that touches close to home for a lot of people. Thats the nature of forums on the internet, and with humans in general. If you have any large classes at your college, test this out next time. See how many students raise their hand to answer a question that your professor asks. Generally only a few, if any at all, will raise their hands, even if a lot of the class knows the answer. So if you post a blog and dont get a lot of replies, dont worry, its not a competition anyhow :-p, but you can be sure that a lot of people read it.

The other thing to keep in mind is that all the professionals on here have real careers, and thats not to be a MyFitTribe forum moderator :-p. They are doing this for free so of course they dont spend every living minute on here. Sometimes it might take a few days to get a response, and yes, sometimes your blog does get passed over because now there are so many ppl blogging. [In which case you might want to send a personal msg to the person you think ccould answer the blog best]

Alrighty Darren, take care! And while I know you dont celebrate Thanksgiving, feel free to eat lots of meat and potatoes today ;) [lol].

Haha bro, just sit back for a while. There's a ton of info here, but this site is far more mature than bodybuilding.com, and you dont get bullshit when you're here. But that means it will be more difficult to relate to us here as the average 17 year old acts such as yourself. Im not trying to attack you or offend you, but you act your age, which isnt a bad thin, but that explains why it might be difficult at first for you to relate as easily. The thing is though, you need to chill out with the CAPS lock on your titles for your blogs. People will read the blog regardless but it just irritates [me personally, so im sure it irritates others] when i see ppl post with CAPS lock. It also makes me less likely to want to respond...

I'm not on anyone's side, I'm trying to play the mediator here. I used to be on bodybuilding.com back in the day... i will personally never go back.

Sorry if you feel like this brother , do what you have to do if bodybuilding.com is what you wanna do Please go ahead good luck ! But one thing for sure YOU WILL COME BACK , because you won't learn the real truth about bodybuilding I lived it , bled it and breath it ..and i know what goes on .
