Welcome , thanks for coming onto my page

Hey bro
Your Answer is coming up tonight ! Stay tuned !

Totally agree with your point. I personally have been prescribed a type of steroid. it is nothing like the steroids you take to build mass for bodybuilding, either in type or amount. It nearly takes steroid ABUSE to see sizable gains because of the steroids.

Dont take my word for it...I know from months and months of research, and experience...but take someone like jamo's.

I am sure his answer will be very similar.

Keep in mind, you dont start out "abusing" them, but the nature of taking them usually results in abuse.

Not in any way making a value judgement on your character, I just think you should grow as much naturally as you possibly can, then cross the steroid bridge WAYYY later down the road, right?

stay tuned I will have your answer on monday !

Heck yeah! well, you're ahead of the curve so far... take advantage of it!! :-)
I usually tell people to pick a sport and focus on that in the begining. Muay Thai is one of the best aspects of MMA. Learn it, be a fan of it! the Technique will need to modify (a bit) for MMA.
At my old school I would do a lot of Olympic style lifts. Clean & Jerk, and Snatch, coupled with circuit on odd days. Now days it's been really difficult to get in the gym for weights. When I'm gearing up for a fight i'll add 30 min circuit to my days. 1 min on bike, 1 min on a station (ie: bag, drills, mits, etc). I spar hard 3 days a week & drill or Muay Thai or JiuJitsu on the odd days, & Jiu Jitsu every night. I total 3-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. 1 day I'll do some, drill or run usually. and one day all to recovery.
There is so much technique out there i would get the mind set to drill, drill, drill. Practice doesn't make perfect, Perfect Practice makes perfect.
I hope this gets you on your way. let me know how you get on with it. And i look forward to hearing about your success' !!
Happy Training,
Nate

Haha man theres nothing wrong with that! I applaud you. I personally want to be as big as i can naturally, which, to be honest when you show a picture of a bodybuilder to a girl, of course they're not initially attracted to it; they say 'eww thats not attractive'.. you ever wonder why? Its beause its not natural!!!!!! Its our innate nature to be attracted to the opposite sex that will best help us survive, for women they're attractd to men that look like they can forage food and protect the children :-p. But thats 'natural' for men to have done that, and its our instinct... seeing guys that are 300lbs of pure muscle is not something that our bodies were ever meant to do, and they cant do that naturally... so of course women are not going to think it looks good. Granted, once you've been in the industry for a while you might start to admire those physiques, but have you seen a lot of these IFBB pro's and their girlfriends? Their girlfriends look like men... look at Kai Green, Ronnie Coleman :(.... just to name two...
