Welcome , thanks for coming onto my page

Lol @ Teri's comment :-p.

Hey man Teri is a great person and it takes a lot to upset her. She's very caring and what she says should be taken as constructive criticism. (No one likes criticism no matter what type is it, but at least constructive criticism is meant to help you not hurt you).

So for yourself, and for me too please :-p, take what Teri says with a grain of salt and try to truly learn from it. She speaks the truth and patience is a hard lesson to learn. I'm working on mine too! I dont have the best patience either :(.

But as for your question, the spices and herbs i like most vary depending on the food. I LOVE to add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and 'pumpkin spice' to my oatmeal and coffee :-p. (pumpkin spice is a mixture of a few spices).

As for chicken, I like spicy stuff, so sometimes I'll just add hot sauce after I cook it; but if you add salsa to it while it is cooking it tastes amazing :D. I'm gonna go check my cupboard to see what ones i like most...
okay i found my secret drawer.. hehe.

Top favorites:

1) Lemon & Pepper (my uncle used this ALL the time when he grilled outside, its a simple concotion but AMAZING!) Just be careful of the sodium levels in this one because it can get very high depending on the brand

2) Italion Seasoning (a mixture of a lot of herbs, a popular seasoning though so it should be in your store)

3) I found a great chicken seasoning and took its ingredients and made my homemade version. Here are the ingredients in order of "most" to "least".
Dehydrated onion, salt, dehydr. garlic, crushed red pepper (finely crushed! not flakes), dehydr. orange peel**, dehydr. red bell peppers
** The orange peel is odd but makes a huge difference

Humm,
Just wanted you to know that the "private blogs...." you mentioned on Johnny's profile, well, they are NOT private.
We, as in all the tribe members can see your blogs and your comments.
Personally, I think you should learn some manners. Where I come from, people don't bite each other's heads off when they are trying to help someone.
And the correct word is HEY....that is the spelling for the salutation.
Where is all that patience you said you learned when Jamo asked you to be patient.... did you just say that or have you so quickly forgotten you are not practicing what you say? I think you are taking advantage of a good thing. But then that is just my opinion and like rear ends, every one has one!

Teri

talk to brian on this if you dont buy it, dont take my word for it.

Keep in mind, your body can only use about 35 to 40G of protein at once....I weigh 225 and am up to about 265 g of protein, and trust me, you are ALWAYS eating meat and egg whites. you gotta eat like 8 times a day if you are gonna do that. keep in mind, all the bodybuilders you see eating so much protein have a LOT more lean muscle mass than you do(no offense), so they need to eat more protein to maintain that muscle mass. If you get a bodpod test done, i think you will see your lean muscle mass is a lot less in proportion to your wieght, than a bodybuilder that is 230 or more at 7 percent BF...

No worries bro Its all good bro no need to apologize . Just start with 30 minutes for the first 2 weeks then 45 for the next 4 weeks and stick to it just do 45 minutes / 4 times a week . Its more than enough . God bless

Brother, I will upload the answers on wednesday. I have to work to earn a living to be able to do what I do . So please have some patience thank you .

Hey, yeah sorry i just realized I "commented" on my guestbook entry in response to your triceps question. Honestly its all about full range of motion and working the 3 heads of the tricep. You say "lagging triceps" but do you mean lagging in strength or size?

Either way I would recommend doing skullcrushers. This has absolutely got to be my most favorite triceps exercise. Either skullcrushers, weighted dips [which are hard to focus solely on triceps, but a good exercise if you can], or close grip bench press [another exercise that is difficult to master the technique but very excellent if you can].

If you're lacking in strength, I would really recommend keeping 4 sets with heavy weight and low reps [around 4-6] for your first exercise. THen your next two triceps exercises should be 3 or 4 working sets with roughly 8-10 and 10-12 rep ranges.

If you're simply lacking in size I would say do your first exercise with 3 working sets of 8-10. Remember full range of motion and controlled movements.

I love triceps, in fact I am up to doing 155lbs [on a barbell] now for 9 reps with perfect form on skull crushers. My short term goal is to get to 185lbs for at least 6 reps!

Haha man its no problem. But to answer your question about why would they put it in a magazine if it isnt good? Any workout that is different will sell because its different! If people opened up a magazine and saw their own workout, they wouldnt buy that magazine because they already do that workout. Workouts you find in magazines are commonly going to be different from your current workout [or anything you've probably ever heard of] and thus when you try it it will make you sore the next few days. This will most likely make you believe it was the ultimate workout [because you got sore from it, which is another common fallacy about soreness]; when in reality it was just a new stimulus to your muscles... which happens when you switch it up. Also, just because its in a magazine doesn't mean its good. Magazines with workouts sell because people are impatient for results and think there is some godsend workout there that is going to put them over the edge. When iN reality any function that involves a muscle as a primary contributor is going to clearly stimulate that muscle, and if you properly execute that function then you're going to get results with time and consistency in the gym. So that basically means if you perform the exercise properly and with full range of motion, and then you go and eat correctly, you are going to grow.

Thats not to say that magazines aren't good reads. They've got tons of great information about nutrition and odds 'n' ends and yes sometimes they have great workouts. But you're extremely mistaken if you think that "because its in a magazine its golden" applies to all workouts... or even to workouts in general from magazines.

I sometimes enjoy reading muscle magazines, both for articles and also for motivation from the pictures.

Amen... that's what you nee. Heres my feeling with preworkouts. I think they get you pumped up, but i feel like theres a certain level of intensity that you can reach, and you cant pass it up. I think the preworkouts help get you a good way towards that intensity, but if you can reach that intensity yourself through focus, and mind muscle connection, then the preworkouts wont do you any good because you've already surpassed the level they can get you to. In my experience with them, thats how I've come to feel about them.
